Terms & notices.
Updated 18 October 2026. These notices apply to https://hossainconsulting.com.
About this website
Hossain Consulting is a developing CRM and automation practice presented by Hemayet Hossain. The website publishes website/organic marketing, paid advertising, email/SMS, CRM and workflow packages with standard prices, scope limits and explicit testing status. Paid availability remains subject to readiness and final written terms; portfolio work remains simulated.
Website use
You may view this website and share links for legitimate personal or business purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or misuse another person’s information. Website content does not grant permission to use third-party trademarks or imply endorsement.
Portfolio and information
Portfolio projects described as simulations use fictional scenarios. They are not evidence of paid client engagements or paid Salesforce or IT employment. Project status and limitations are described with each project. Examples are for information and learning and should be independently assessed before use in a production system.
Information may change. No employment outcome, business result, uninterrupted availability or suitability for a particular project is promised by this website. Links to external websites are provided for reference; their operators control their content and services.
Copyright and project licences
Original website content belongs to its respective owner. Refer to each linked repository’s licence before reusing code or other materials. No licence for a linked project is created by this notice. Contact Hemayet about attribution, permission or a suspected rights infringement.

Services, payments and service terms
We’re preparing to launch paid services. Payment processing and our service terms are still being finalised. You’re welcome to enquire; we’ll confirm when paid service bookings and payments are available.
Legal review of the cooling-off period, charge date and cancellation/refund terms is still outstanding.
A free introductory call or enquiry does not create a paid service booking or engagement. No purchase or service contract is completed through this website.
Before accepting paid services, we will provide the finalised service terms in writing, together with the agreed scope, total price including GST, the software subscriptions you will need and the timeline. Payment timing, any cooling-off arrangements and cancellation/refund terms must be settled and provided before you agree to proceed.
You buy and pay for any software, such as a CRM, email platform, advertising account, domain or hosting, directly from its provider, in your own name and with your own card. We do not resell tools, pass on their costs or hold your card details. You pay us only our own fees, through a payment provider we will name before payments open.
Client choice and referral commissions
We assess suitable existing tools first. Clients choose providers and subscribe in their own names, paying vendors and advertising platforms directly. Our own subscriptions or lifetime memberships do not imply free client licences or resale rights. We may earn a referral commission; any actual relationship is disclosed in writing with the recommendation and in the service agreement before you choose. Referral purchase is optional.
Scope, shared work and published prices
The services catalogue states quantities, optional care, extra usage costs and incomplete checks. Shared assets, connections, reminders, reports, meetings and care tasks are counted once in an itemised scope. No automatic recurring enrolment, budget increase or overage is authorised by an enquiry. Earlier launch-discount eligibility and existing agreements are not changed merely by publishing standard prices; confirm the applicable offer before quoting.
No fixed deposit percentage or setup-payment split is required by this website. Payment amounts, stages and due dates must be agreed in writing. Silence is not acceptance or permission for live activation. Publishing a catalogue does not establish that a service, provider feature or payment flow has passed testing.
Agreement, support and exit
Before paid work, agree acceptance cases, revisions, delivery dependencies, support dates/channels/hours, monitoring responsibilities, renewal/cancellation, unused allowances, defects and refunds, ownership/licences, data/log retention and offboarding. Included support does not overlap a second care charge. Fixes for agreed delivered-work defects are not silently charged as extras. Vendor cancellation and agency cancellation are separate; vendor payments/refunds remain directly with the vendor.
Workflow-specific options — subject to written agreement
These workflow-specific options require professional review and express inclusion in your written agreement and quote. Publication alone does not form a contract. They do not override existing published offers or non-excludable rights.
- Quotation and scope: valid for 14 calendar days; state platform/plan, quantities, data fields, usage assumptions, exclusions, acceptance cases, delivery milestones, access and client responsibilities. Confirm actual capacity before agreeing dates. Material changes require a written revised scope, fee and schedule before work.
- Setup and assessment payments: payment amounts, stages, due dates and start prerequisites must be expressly agreed in the written quote before work starts. No deposit percentage, fixed split or default invoice period is proposed here. Payment provider, business/tax details and final timing remain approval items. This website does not collect payment.
- Acceptance: propose a five-business-day review window after a documented delivery notice. The client records acceptance or identifies the unmet agreed cases; silence is not acceptance. Correct/retest in-scope defects and obtain written sign-off. Delayed access/feedback triggers an agreed revised schedule, not deemed approval or an unapproved live activation.
- Included support: propose 14 calendar days beginning on the day after written acceptance and handover, after separately approved activation where applicable. Record actual start/end dates. Cover defects against agreed scope; new requirements are changes. This commercial support period does not extinguish applicable legal remedies or existing defect obligations.
- Optional care billing: propose monthly service periods on an explicitly agreed start date, invoiced in advance and payable within seven calendar days; no minimum term beyond the current agreed month. Client can stop renewal by written notice before the next period begins, effective when received through the agreed support channel; agency acknowledgement confirms the end date but is not a condition of cancellation. No new period or price change without the agreed renewal arrangement; no unilateral increase during a paid period. Early termination/refund treatment must be documented fairly and preserve statutory rights.
- Unused allowances: proposed care time expires each period, without rollover, only where agreed in advance and the agency was available to provide the service. If agency availability prevents delivery, agree a reschedule, credit or refund for undelivered work. No automatic extra fee if time runs out: notify, pause optional changes safely and seek a written quote.
- Cancellation and refunds: reconcile demonstrably completed agency work at the agreed milestone/rate against agency payments; refund the unearned agency-fee balance, subject to applicable rights. Client-paid vendor subscriptions/usage are reconciled directly with that vendor under its own terms and applicable rights; no vendor cost is deducted from the agency refund or rebilled by the agency. Do not describe all deposits as non-refundable or charge a blanket lost-profit cancellation penalty. No vendor purchase, approved or otherwise, is passed through an agency invoice under this client-direct-billing model. Settlement timing, dispute/escalation process and any mandatory cooling-off rules require professional review before use.
- Accounts and costs: clients own/control accounts, data and assets, select plans and pay vendors directly with their own payment methods. No tool resale, shared agency production hosting, advertising-budget collection, vendor-cost pass-through or card custody. Disclose any actual referral relationship with the recommendation and agreement; referral purchase is optional. Client access remains subject to vendor licence/seat terms.
- Data and access: use delegated least-privilege access; no passwords/tokens/card details in email or GitHub. Agree data fields, purpose, retention, execution-log redaction, approved subprocessors/transfers and access removal. Real client work stays in approved client systems; synthetic data is used for agency demonstrations. Client approval does not replace any required lawful basis or data-handling obligation.
- Operational control: document trigger/timing/timezone, owner, duplicate key, retries, loop prevention, rate/usage limits, stop conditions and failure escalation. Estimate provider costs for the agreed monthly volume, including polling, retries and AI if separately scoped. Name who monitors errors and authorises recovery; agree behaviour at usage limits. No automatic plan upgrade, spending increase or potentially destructive replay.
- Changes and outages: record a baseline and feasible rollback before approved live changes. Provider outages, API/plan changes or client edits can require remediation; distinguish an external change from our original defect before quoting. Explain limitations, notify the client and use the agreed fallback. No blanket exclusion of responsibility or statutory remedies. Do not promise zero data loss or uninterrupted operation.
- Handover and exit: deliver agreed maps, configuration exports where permitted, runbook, known limits and training. Propose that client-specific delivered configuration may be used/modified by the client; pre-existing reusable agency materials and third-party software retain their own ownership/licences, to be settled in the final agreement. At service end, agree safe access removal and deletion/retention confirmation; client cancels its vendor subscriptions itself. Extra migration/transition assistance requires an agreed quote without withholding agreed handover or statutory remedies.
Additional work is quoted in writing and approved before it begins. Website enquiries do not authorise access to your CRM or customer data; necessary access and information handling must be agreed in writing.
