Website, funnel, content and search presence.
Monthly: 2 articles + 8 unique social items across 2 platforms. Graphics and videos are part of those 8 items.
Website, funnel, content and search presence in one organic package. Add advertising, permission-based messaging or customer automation where your NSW trade or home-service business needs it.
Proposed fees in AUD, including GST.
Tax treatment will be confirmed before quotation.
Software, media and usage charged separately.
Website, funnel, content and search presence.
Monthly: 2 articles + 8 unique social items across 2 platforms. Graphics and videos are part of those 8 items.
One platform. One offer. A controlled test.
1 platform · 1 offer · 1 campaign. Media spend is additional.
Useful messages for people who opted in.
Monthly: 2 email campaigns + up to 2 SMS items, for up to 1,000 active contacts. Sends are additional.
Organised enquiries and clearer next actions.
Setup: up to 5 users · 1 pipeline · 3 reminder automations. Chat and AI are separate options.
Setup and monthly services are quoted separately. CRM care is optional. You do not need to buy all four. New capabilities remain subject to testing and launch approval.
Testing required: verification is incomplete. It does not mean tests are running or have passed. Paid bookings remain closed pending acceptance checks and agreed terms.
One package covering websites, funnels, blogs, socials, SEO, directory listings and earned backlinks.
Discuss this option ↗Before setup is accepted, the written scope will specify page-copy word limits, training duration and the minimum text, images, footage and access you supply. These limits will be confirmed in your written scope.
Existing suitable assets can be retained and the quote adjusted to avoid duplicate work. Ecommerce, custom applications, logo design, paid directories and additional pages are separate.
| Deliverable | Monthly allowance |
|---|---|
| Blog content | Two original articles, 700–1,000 words each |
| Social content | Eight unique items total: six static/carousel items and two short videos |
| Social distribution | Adapt those eight items for two agreed platforms, up to 16 placements |
| Graphics | Six static/carousel designs; carousels up to five slides. Article images reuse suitable designs or supplied assets |
| Short video | Two edits up to 30 seconds each, with scripts, captions and one aspect ratio using supplied/approved assets |
| SEO | Optimise up to two existing pages |
| Website corrections | Up to one hour of small corrections, excluding new pages |
| Listings | Up to two suitable additions or corrections |
| Google Business Profile | One additional Google Business Profile placement using an existing monthly item, where eligible; no extra unique item. Up to 16 social placements plus this one profile placement |
| Earned links | Research two relevant link-earning opportunities; no guaranteed links or placements |
| Reporting | One report and a 30-minute review |
The six graphics and two videos make up the eight unique social items; they are not additional items. One consolidated revision round is included per monthly content batch. Publishing and external contact for link opportunities require agreed approvals. If suitable listing/link opportunities are unavailable, we report that and propose another organic task for approval.
AI may assist drafting and asset preparation, with human review. Filming, actors, custom animation, voice cloning, VSL production, daily community engagement and inbox replies are excluded. We do not buy ranking links or submit to directories in bulk.
Extra costs: domains, hosting, mailboxes, paid listings, licensed assets and any separately agreed production or integration work. Provider and usage charges are not included.
Status: preparing. Our own website, two agency articles, social profiles and basic SEO foundations are present. Combined delivery, production capacity, mobile usability, enquiry routing, attribution and reporting still need testing. No completed client marketing results are claimed.
Start with one offer, one platform and a controlled test.
Discuss this option ↗New landing pages, filming, VSL production and custom/server-side tracking are separately scoped. Record the available conversion baseline and agreed campaign acceptance checks before launch.
The A$3,000 spend limit defines the service scope; it is not a required spend or a recommended budget for every business. Greater spend or complexity is requoted before work expands. Continuous monitoring is not included.
For scope counting, one platform means one advertising manager/account: Facebook and Instagram placements in one Meta campaign count as one platform; Google Search and YouTube require their own stated campaign scope, not automatic inclusion together. Platforms considered include Google Search, Microsoft Advertising for Bing, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Each requires its own fit and readiness checks. AI-assisted creative is reviewed before release.
Optional second platform: A$660 setup plus A$550/month for one additional offer/campaign on one additional platform, with the same setup and monthly creative quantity limits as the first platform. Its management allowance covers up to A$3,000/month in additional client-paid media spend, separately approved for that platform. No automatic budget pooling or increase. This is an add-on to the first-platform service, not a standalone full-service rate; reused creative is counted once and the quote identifies any additional production. Subject to fit, readiness and a separate written scope.
Extra costs: you own the advertising accounts and pay media spend, vendor tools and subscriptions directly with your own payment method. We do not hold your card details or collect media spend. Our agency management fees are separate. Additional campaigns, offers, locations, pages and specialist production are separate. Existing suitable assets are reused without duplicate production fees; new adaptations are identified in the quote.
Status: preparing. Account access/setup, creative approval, landing-page and conversion checks remain incomplete. No leads, sales or return on ad spend are guaranteed.
Keep in touch with subscribers and follow up people who have agreed to hear from you.
Discuss this option ↗Poor-quality list remediation, custom integrations and additional sequences are separately scoped. Purchased/scraped lists and cold campaigns are excluded.
Existing videos or VSLs can be linked from messages; producing them is separately priced. Email permission does not automatically cover SMS. Service reminders and marketing have distinct purposes and permissions. AI can assist drafts but does not independently choose recipients or send messages.
Extra costs: provider subscription, contact storage, email sends, SMS segments/credits, inbound charges, sender/number services and any extra migration or production. Two SMS campaign items do not mean two billable messages: charges depend on audience size and message length. Automated welcome emails also consume sending allowances.
Status: proposed; testing required. Sender configuration, actual consent records, delivery, replies, unsubscribe/STOP, failures and automation exits remain unverified. Sending either channel requires its relevant checks and approval.
Keep enquiries, ownership and next actions organised. Add chat or AI only where it fits.
Discuss this option ↗We assess your CRM plan, access and current setup first. Licences, data migration, additional workflows and custom integrations are separate. This proposal uses the standard package fee. For new CRM offers, the setup price is A$2,640 with no CRM launch discount or discounted slot. Earlier CRM launch-discount tiers are superseded for new offers. Existing signed agreements remain unchanged. Separate Workflow Automation tier prices are unchanged; tax treatment must be confirmed before quotation.
New pipelines/automations, migrations and custom integrations are separate. Continuous monitoring and 24/7 incident response are not included.
All agency fees below are in AUD, including GST. Provider licences and usage are extra.
| Option | Setup | Monthly care | Included scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Scripted enquiry chat | A$660 | A$110 | One website/widget, up to ten approved FAQ responses, one capture/handover flow; up to 30 minutes total monthly care, including one flow check, communications, summary and minor edits using remaining time |
| AI FAQ and enquiry assistant | A$1,980 | A$330 | One website/widget, up to 20 approved FAQ entries and five supplied source pages, one lead route and human handover; up to two hours total monthly care, including review of ten sanitised test conversations, communications, summary and source/minor updates using remaining time |
Proposed care arrangement for review: chat/AI monthly care is optional and quoted separately from setup. If declined, the handover will identify who maintains knowledge, routing and failures; agency monitoring and updates are not included. Provider licences, hosting and actual usage remain payable while the service operates.
Care checks/reviews must fit the quoted total allowance before care is accepted; agree a different scope first if they cannot. No minimum edit time, continuous monitoring or response SLA is promised. These are alternatives, not two charges for the same widget. Chat/AI fees are additional to base CRM only where the base CRM work is needed. A suitable existing CRM can support a standalone chat quote.
Organic Growth may include placing a supplied widget; chat behaviour, approved knowledge, routing and support are scoped here. Campaign production belongs to Email and SMS Marketing. Human live-chat staffing, voice/phone agents and continuous monitoring are not included. AI identification, availability and human fallback are agreed explicitly.
Extra costs: CRM/chat licences, hosting, messaging, AI usage and paid connectors. Chat and AI are not included in the A$2,640 base fee.
Status: base scope defined; acceptance/launch checks unfinished. Chat/AI are proposed and need tests for accuracy, untrusted visitor input, permissions, sensitive data, human handover, routing, duplicates, failures and cost controls.
Optional extension · preparing · platform testing required
Optional extension of CRM and Customer Automation, also available independently where your existing systems are suitable. We assess native automation and your current subscriptions before recommending Zapier, Make or n8n. You do not need all three.
| Setup option | One-off agency fee | Maximum scope on one automation platform |
|---|---|---|
| Essential Connection | A$660 | 1 workflow, 2 business apps, 1 trigger, up to 3 action nodes and 1 decision condition |
| Connected Operations | A$1,320 | Up to 3 workflows, 3 apps, 9 action nodes total and 3 decision conditions total |
| Coordinated Workflows | A$2,640 | Up to 5 workflows, 5 apps, 15 action nodes total and 5 decision conditions total |
Agency fees are in AUD, including GST, subject to confirming tax treatment before quotation. One business/brand and one approval owner per engagement. These are alternative tiers. A workflow is one trigger-to-outcome process; separate triggers count separately. Supported connector actions, no-code transformations and lookups for the business outcome count as business-action nodes; separate branch actions count toward the total. Business routing uses the stated decision allowance. Required duplicate/failure/retry/stop controls are included in the fixed fee outside those business-node/decision counts, but may consume provider usage. App limits count distinct business systems, excluding the automation platform; extra accounts require explicit quotation. Vendor tasks, credits and executions are different usage measures, paid separately.
Each setup includes process/field mapping, supported connectors, duplicate and failure controls, synthetic tests, client UAT, a written handover/manual fallback and proposed 14-day delivered-work support. Essential includes one revision round and 30-minute handover; the other tiers include two rounds and 60-minute training. The coordinated tier adds an operator exercise. Plan, volume, access and capacity must fit before a fixed quote is accepted. No delivery date is promised here.
Optional care: Essential Care A$165/month for up to 1 workflow and 1 total hour; Operations Care A$330/month for up to 3 workflows and 2 total hours; Extended Care A$660/month for up to 5 workflows and 4 total hours. Each includes one monthly health check and usage/error summary within its total time; small adjustments use only remaining time. The required check/report must fit the allowance before care is accepted; no minimum adjustment time is guaranteed. No continuous monitoring or 24/7 response. Care is separately agreed, starts after included support and never duplicates existing CRM care for the same work.
Optional assessment: A$264 including GST for up to two total hours: one 45-minute meeting plus review/recommendations for one process and up to three app/plan checks. This is separate from the free introductory call and does not include a build. Custom integrations remain by written quote; A$132/hour applies only where agreed.
Existing CRM reminders, native website connections, messaging sequences and other purchased routing are counted once. These prices cover only incremental scope. No requirement to buy base CRM where the existing system is already suitable.
Extra costs: client-selected software plans, connector/API entitlements, hosting and metered usage are paid directly to vendors. Custom code/APIs, migrations, two-way conflict resolution, multiple automation platforms, self-host installation/administration, AI agents and customer sending/publishing/payment actions are excluded from the starting tiers and require separate scope and readiness checks.
These workflow terms require professional review and express inclusion in your written agreement; publication is not acceptance or an override of other package terms. See our terms and notices.
Status: preparing; testing required on the selected platform and plan. These options do not expand the current CRM-first pilot or open paid bookings. Payment stages, acceptance, cancellations, recurring arrangements and support dates are draft choices requiring agreement and professional review before sale. Workflow Automation tier prices are unchanged; the no-discount CRM policy is separate. Full workflow terms are available in our terms and notices.
Separate scopes. No automatic add-ons.
All agency fees below are proposed in AUD including GST, subject to confirming business/GST status before quotation. These are optional, separately agreed services; base package fees and existing content quantities are unchanged.
| Add-on | One-off setup | Monthly service | Defined scope |
|---|---|---|---|
| Workflow Automation and Integrations | Select a setup tier above | Optional care tier above | Native CRM automation or supported Zapier, Make or n8n connections; only additional work beyond purchased package inclusions. See the dedicated workflow section for quantities and terms |
| Website care | A$330 | A$165 | One supported site; setup records backup ownership and checks one restore on staging where supported. Monthly: one scheduled update/backup check plus up to one hour total for checks, routine supported updates and a summary; website content corrections retain their separate Organic allowance |
| Review and reputation workflow | A$660 | A$220 | One location, one approved review-request flow and one destination; monthly: one flow check and up to four review-response drafts, one consolidated revision round |
| Call attribution | A$440 | A$110 | One website, one tracking number and one enquiry destination using a supported native integration; monthly: one routing/attribution check and a summary within the existing report where purchased |
| Additional staff training | A$264 per session | No recurring fee | One remote 60-minute session for up to five attendees, plus up to one hour of preparation and a written summary; recording only if separately agreed |
| Advanced integrations or migration | Written quote | Written quote if needed | Defined systems, data volume, workflow count, acceptance checks and support; A$132/hour only when explicitly agreed in the quote |
Website care requires supported software, access and a provider that supports the agreed backup/recovery process. Backup storage, licences and hosting are extra. One hour is the total monthly care allowance, not an additional hour of fixes. Continuous monitoring, emergency recovery, malware remediation, unsupported systems and major upgrades are separate. If recovery testing is unsupported, resolve the dependency before accepting care; do not imply recovery was verified.
Review requests and responses require approval and suitable permissions; no purchased reviews, rating guarantees or selective requests based on likely sentiment. Sending fees and messaging licences are extra. Existing CRM or Email/SMS workflow work is counted once rather than charged again.
Call attribution is for routing and source measurement; call recording, transcription, AI analysis and live answering are excluded. Number rental, calls, usage, connectors and provider subscriptions are extra. Number availability, routing and attribution must be tested before launch.
Status: all new add-ons are preparing; provider compatibility, permissions, workload, end-to-end delivery and cost controls require verification. No add-on is automatically activated, billed or represented as ready. These are agency-set draft prices, not market benchmarks or validated margins.

A video sales letter, or VSL, explains one offer and invites an enquiry. Filming, actors, paid stock/music, external voiceover and custom animation are separate. Placement within an already purchased organic funnel build is included; a new standard page outside that scope is A$330. Extra tracking/integration complexity requires a quote.
We specify quantities, formats, length, revisions and approvals; unlimited production is not included. Assets can be shared across packages without paying twice for the same production. Illustrations and simulations are labelled where needed. Rights for stock/AI-assisted assets and permission for likenesses/voices are agreed first. Content is checked for accuracy, brand fit and unsupported claims before release. Production capabilities still require demonstration and delivery checks.
Software, media and metered usage stay separate.
| Cost | What the client pays |
|---|---|
| Domains hosting and mailboxes | Chosen provider subscription/renewal |
| CRM automation scheduling and connectors | Required plans, seats, features and usage |
| Advertising | Actual approved media spend, paid directly to the platform |
| Provider plan, stored contacts and total campaign/automation sends | |
| SMS | Actual destination/length-based segments or credits, plus applicable inbound and sender/number charges |
| Chat and AI | Platform/hosting plus metered tokens, conversations or requests, depending on provider |
| Images video and VSL | Approved stock/music, rendering credits, storage and specialist production |
| Paid directories | Approved listing/subscription charges |
We assess your existing tools first and use them where they support the agreed scope. If another tool is needed, we explain suitable options and costs; you choose the provider and whether to subscribe. You subscribe in your own name and pay vendors, advertising platforms and software providers directly using your own payment method. We do not resell software, collect or pass through vendor charges, or ask for, receive or store your card details. Vendor prices, currency, taxes and payment-provider charges require a current quote; agency fees do not include them.
For illustration, one SMS campaign to 1,000 people using two billable segments per person consumes 2,000 outbound segments, before any other provider charges. Two emails to 1,000 contacts consume up to 2,000 sends, plus welcome/other automation emails. No fixed SMS or AI unit rate is promised here.
Third-party spending needs an agreed limit and approval. Extra service work is quoted first; there are no automatic overage charges. Final payment, cancellation and unused-allowance terms will be agreed before any paid booking.
Client-owned accounts and direct vendor billing.
Salesforce is our primary CRM specialisation. ScalePlus, GoHighLevel, ClickFunnels and HubSpot are additional platforms under assessment; support depends on demonstrated capability, your plan and the agreed scope. Listing a platform is not a claim that its tests have passed or every feature is supported. Our own subscriptions and lifetime memberships are for our business and testing; they do not imply free client licences or permission to resell vendor services.
The same client-choice and direct-billing policy applies to organic marketing, paid advertising, email/SMS, CRM, chat, AI and optional services. You control vendor subscriptions, media budgets and renewals. Vendor cancellation does not automatically cancel our agreed agency service, and agency cancellation does not cancel a vendor subscription; responsibilities will be explicit in the written agreement.
You pay Hossain Consulting only its separately agreed agency fees through a payment provider named before payments open. Enter card details only in that provider's payment interface. We do not ask for, receive or store full card details; the provider may supply transaction references, payment status and limited billing information. We will describe the actual provider and information handling before accepting payments. Payment-provider implementation remains unverified.
Clear ownership, access and handover.
Your accounts, subscriptions, advertising assets and business data remain under your control. Client work takes place in your accounts, separate from our agency subscriptions and test environments. Invite only the access required for the agreed work; do not send passwords, tokens or card details. Enter your payment details directly with your chosen vendors; we do not enter or retain them for you.
Publishing, sending, campaign budgets and live changes follow agreed approval responsibilities. AI does not independently publish, send, change accounts or spend money. Human-managed availability and response expectations are explicit, not assumed.
You receive the agreed documentation, training and support. Access is removed after the support period unless further work is agreed. Fixes for agreed delivered-work defects are handled under the support/service terms, not silently classified as paid extras. We may earn a referral or affiliate commission if you subscribe through a recommended link. We disclose the relevant relationship in writing with the recommendation and in the service agreement before you choose. You can use your existing subscription, subscribe directly or choose another suitable provider. Our recommendation does not require a referral purchase.
Hossain Consulting is led by Hemayet Hossain, a Sydney IT graduate with four Salesforce certifications. Current portfolio projects are self-directed simulations; we have no completed client engagements or client marketing results to present yet.
We distinguish working demonstrations from mock-ups and explain limitations. Reviews and case studies are optional, never a condition of fees or support, and need separate permission before publication. Rankings, lead numbers, sales and advertising returns are not guaranteed.
Terms and timing still need agreement.
Paid bookings remain closed while these terms and acceptance checks are unfinished. Your written proposal must confirm:
These decisions remain pending review for the core packages, care add-ons and production extras; no default minimum term, payment schedule or cancellation rule is implied. The separate workflow section proposes specific terms for workflow engagements only. Do not treat those options as automatically accepted or extend them to every service. Confirm quote validity, billing-period definition, rate changes, expiry/rollover and dispute handling in the final agreement; preserve applicable rights and existing commitments.
We currently serve businesses in New South Wales through online meetings.
Yes, subject to assessment. The proposal identifies what can be retained and any plan/access limitations.
No. Choose a suitable scope; shared assets and work are counted once.
We agree a realistic schedule after reviewing requirements, access and materials. The prices are not a promise of immediate availability.
Setup and monthly work are separate. CRM care is optional. Ongoing campaign/content management needs its agreed monthly service; responsibilities after setup-only work are documented at handover.
Introductory enquiries are open. Paid availability, payment arrangements and final terms will be confirmed before a paid booking.
